やっと読んだー。
昔、半分くらい読んでて、忙しくなっていつの間にか放置。
今回、また4～5月ごろに残り30ページまで読んで、また忙しくなっていつの間にか放置(汗)。
8月の今、やっと最後の30ページを読みました。

ということで大分忘れかけていますが、

グローバリゼーションは避けることはできないし、基本的には良い枠組みだ。だが、そのやり方に問題があるのでは？ということを問いかけている本。

特に、WTO等の、自由貿易に見せかけた非対称的な貿易の在り方、generic薬品の在り方など知的財産権の在り方、good governanceを推進しておきながら自分たちがそれを実現できていないWB,IMFのあり方への疑問などを呈しており、それぞれの論点は、なかなか興味深いです。

開発系分野の必読品の一つに入れられている本ですが、まぁ、確かに読んで損はないかな。開発specificと言うよりは、世界の在り方、というような感じの本ですが。
