ロンドンの閑静な住宅街で30代独身の
Alex Forleyが銃で頭を撃って死んでいるのが
発見される。
天涯孤独だが、働く必要がないほどお金があり、
音楽と絵画を好み、趣味の良い調度品に囲まれ、
誰からも好かれていたAlexは
自殺なのか他殺なのか・・・

レベル4ですが、限定された単語の羅列が
かえって読みにくかったです。
しかし、ギリシャ語、ラテン語で日記を書く人が
いるんですね。
登場人物が少ないので、
同じ人たちの証言ばかり続き、
日記の内容が明らかになる様子が描かれていないのが
残念でした。
