I read this guide for creating a safety assessor skill standard.
I merge this skill list and ETSS(Embedded technology skill standard) in Japan.

This guidelines are very good for safety system assessment.
The contents are very wide and very deep.
This guidelines is a pioneer on skill standards.

But this is not domain specific.
If you assess some domains, you needs domain specific safety technology and engineering.
For example, this guide is a little weak on Technology.
SAD6 Technology is very wide concept. But description is very little.
It is most important thing for safety engineer which technology can use for safety or not.
