Great start to make the journey into the world of Service Design for understanding fundamental idea of designing with people and not just for them, aka 'co-production'.

"This is Service Design" よりもサービス・デザインの本質的理解を深められる良書。前者がプラクティカルな入門書であるならば、本書はその根底にある考え方（ヒトのためにデザインするだけではなく、ヒトと一緒に創る共創）を養うための入門書であると思う。
