The beginning is a bit dull, but more you read on, you\'ll find it most fascinating even though this series itself is targeted mainly for children.This is a story about magicians again, but this time, main character, Chrestomanci, is a nine-lifed enchanter and responsible for all magical misuses in every single Series(well, that is, the name of a world). From the author of Howl\'s Moving Castle. Delightful reading.

"Charmed Life"と"The Lives of Christopher Chant"がセットになっていてちょっと分厚いけどずっと楽しめます。

後者のタイトルの"lives"は、
邦題から何となくクリストファーの「生活」ってことだと思っていたけど、
やっぱり９つある「命」っていう意味みたいです。
わたしはこの作品で一気に猫派になりました。

DWJ作品の女子は独特の強さを持っていて魅力的です。<br>
キャットが不憫でかわいい。
