家に日本語版「はらぺこあおむし」があったため興味深く聞いてくれました。また借りたいと思います。

おなじみエリックカールの名作　『はらぺこあおむし』です。葉の上に卵が一つ。ある日曜日、太陽の光を浴びてその卵がポンと音を立てます。中から出てきたのはおなかを空かせたアオムシさん。食べ物を探しに出かけますが・・・

福岡で購入。読み聞かせたくさんした。エリック・カールの色使いが好き。
日曜日の朝生まれたちっちゃなあおむしくんは、おなかがぺこぺこで、毎日いろんなものを食べて、１週間後にはおなかを壊してしまいますが・・・。
Carleさんが初めて文もイラストもつくった作品にして、彼の代表作となったこの作品は、紙にパンチで穴をたくさんあけている時に思いついたそうです。コストのかかる変形絵本は、出版するのに苦労したそうですが、ボードブックだと立体感も増し、ページをめくるときのわくわく感がたまりません。224wd

公民館の人形劇で見たりして好きになったお話。私が読むのは日本語バージョンで読み聞かせるものの原作は英語なので英語版のほうを買ってみました。くり夫も時々びる子に読んであげてます。

初めての英語絵本。ペーパーバッグにしてしまったので、空を飛ぶたびにページがよれよれに。買うならボードブックか、製本版で。暗誦はしませんでしたが、穴に指を通したり、Caterpillarは大好き。曜日や果物などは覚えられますが、後半のサナギの表現なんかは難しいかも。日本語の訳の響きがとても素敵なので、日本語の方がお勧めです。
