Hope isn’t an emotion; it’s a way of thinking or a cognitive process. Emotion plays a supporting role, but hope is really a thought process made up of what Snyder calls a trilogy of goals, pathways, and agency.

We all want to matter and belong.

Sometimes the bravest and most important thing you can do is just show up.

No effort without error and shortcoming.

心理学の観点から著者の考えや、リサーチからの言葉でした。

The gift of imperfection で、好きな著者だったので読めて良かったです。

考え方の本は定期的に読みたくなる分野で、人からどう思われるかを考えないとかは、時々自分に言い聞かせていきたいと思いました。
