CFならこれ。ただ僕はこの本のレイアウトは好きになれない。Tiroleがかいているだけあって3期間モデルが主なのでわかりやすい。ただ詰め込み過ぎな感も否めない。

Corporate Financeの定評ある上級書。（特段バックグラウンドを必要としない） Brealey/ Myers/Allenなどの初級書が難なく読めるからといって本書に挑むと挫折する可能性は大。

本書を読むためにはMicroeconomics（特に契約理論）の素養が不可欠である。
