Great book! Introduced by Tanabe-san from the Global Leadership class.

It talk about the 8 important steps that lead to a successful change in organization.

There are more than 2 chapter that dedicated to communication, and how the message should be form and getting it out to everyone.

A book that definitely become bible for anyone in position to lead change.

旧体質の組織を如何に刷新して新しい組織に移行するかという内容で、指導者として、何をしないといけないのかが、8段階のプロセスで示されているノウハウ本。著者は、JOHN P.KOTTERで、あの松下幸之助の研究者としても有名。
