相変わらずのJoel節、という感じで楽しめた。
普段単に技術的な内容を英語で読み書きするだけだと出会さない英単語も多くて探しながら読むことも度々だったけど、Witの効いた、皮肉もありつつ学びもある、そんな内容だった。
権利の関係からか、本家のブログでは使われていた画像が使われていなかったため、そこは本家を見る方が良かったようにも思った。日本語訳版もあるようなので、続編はそっちで読んでもいいかもしれない。詳細をみるコメント0件をすべて表示 -
プロダクトマネージャーとして働く前に「読んどいて」と会社に薦められた本。ブログ掲載記事を集めただけなので、別に順序とか構成とかはバラバラ。でも人のブログ一気読みするの好きな俺とかには凄く楽しかった。興味あるところだけつまんで読めばいいと思う。
デスクが隣の人間にquick questionをするのとググるのはチームとしてどっちが効率的かみたいな話とか、運用始まっちゃった汚いコードについての考え方とか、incentive payについての考え方とか、仕事始める前にも凄く参考になる内容があって面白かった。
多分仕事初めて1年経った今もっかい読み返したらもっと面白いんだろうなー。
