前作を読まなくても面白いですが、前作の続きの内容でもあります。例の「モノリス」が何者であるかが判明します。どうしてそうなったのかは分かりませんが、人類の「進化？」の一類型を示している点でとても面白かったです。次の作品もすぐ読もうかと思います。
