It seems people are interpreting your question as
"Does booklog.jp help desk support English speaker as a customer?" Is that what you mean?

(anon below here) Oh, I thought they meant "Does booklog have an English interface (because otherwise it's too difficult)?"
In any case, I thought they might want to ask for an official answer:)

I don’t think so either, but you might want to ask at
https://booklog.jp/contact
rather than here.
I don't know if they speak English, but you never know.
(I don't think they'd get mad at you)

I'm afraid that it's hard to use this site for you. Booklog does not support English speakers.Because they don't think possibility of appearance of users of english people.Sorry.
