The circus arrives without warning. No announcements precede it. It is simply there, when yesterday it was not and it is only open at night. But behind the scenes, a fierce competition is underway. A duel between two young magicians, Celia and Marco. They have been each trained by their instructors. They don't know how the duel starts and who the opponent is. Anyway, this is a game in which only one can be left standing.
A compelling novel. The atmosphere of the circus was well described. The author completely sank me into the world, the circus. I was so eager to know the ending and really enjoyed the story.
And the audiobook narrated by Jim Dale is amazing! So I highly recommend audiobook.(Keiさん）
