The Tales of Beedle the Bard (UK) Standard Edition

I must say this UK version had beautiful illustrations and I enjoyed the layout and format.

I read the US one before this one, but to revisit the Tales was really fun. Not only are they very much like real children's fairy tales (in how they are written and in how they progress), but they are also completely significant and meaningful to the Harry Potter series in which they are refrenced. I am just awestruck at how J.K. Rowling made use of the Invisibility Cloak in book one and made it significant in book seven and the Tales. This is a well-thoughtout piece of work and I love it.

I would really want to share it to my children when I have children AND I will never forget the lessons it teaches.

I, like Albus Dumbledore, loved the final story most.
