I read this book. i got impression three point.
・ice hockey
・10000 hour
・1954 or 1955
First, in ice hockey team, most player were born Jan or Feb or Mar. It shows that the player who are born in early month get advantages, because they are bigger than others among childhood, so they can receive opportunity to practice and they will be elite.
Second, If you want to be specialist, you have to spend 10000 hour. The Beatles play music in night pub many hours, so it make them grow professional. Bill Gates use the program and he spent over 10000 hours, so he would specialist.
Third, the birth year is important to become great person, because many great people who were born in 1954 or 1955. It said that there is a timing to receive the stimulus and people can take advantage of their experience.
