The book is informative and helpful to learn how you manage the speed of the scaling-up of organizations and deliver tangible results and impacts. Also we should learn how we can foster the culture suitable to maximize the effectiveness of introducing OKRs. I want to apply the method to the development and sustainability of non-profit organizations.
