主人公の Harold を描いたのは作者の Crockett Johnson なんだけど、それ以外の紫色の絵を描いたのは Harold？ Crockett Johnson？

Harold がふんだんな想像力で絵本いっぱいに描いた big purple crayon の絵は、Haroldが体験できちゃうほどの大きさなので、実際に同じことをしようとしたらかなりの大きさになりそう。とっさの判断で次々描いた絵は、多様な体験がぎっしり詰まった Harold だけの冒険を繰り広げます。

さぁ、みんなは何色のクレヨンで Harold のように冒険に行く？

'Carrot Seed'と同じ作者です。共通点を見つけてみるのも良いかも。
