I came to read this novel for the purpose of learning translation.

I could see the reality of racism and tribalism in New York, the US, which is good for me.
The story contains a lot of "macho things" like an affair with a nurse, which I didn't feel good about...

So many people's names came up in the story that I was confused. I jotted down those names on my notebook, and they cost me 4 pages.
