以前日本語版のジェーン・エアを読んだことがあるけど、今回のはだいぶ文章を減らした(約98000語→8327語)せいか、話が急に展開した部分が多かったように思う。

原作を読むのは量、難易度的に難しいけどあらすじを知りたいという人にはオススメかも。

あっという間に読めた。あらすじ的なのは同じだけど、ストーリーが面白いから、どんどん進んでしまう。　私、ジェイン・エアの話、知らなかったんだ―と気付いた。原書も読みたくなった。
