日本語と英語で書かれています。今まさに、世界的に平和について考える時期だと思う。平和って何？
こどもに分かりやすく、色んな平和、幸せが書いてあって、子供と考えるきっかけになりました。

平和ってなに？繰り返していくうちに、自分にとって平和って何だろう。幸せってどこになるんだろう。と考えました。

著者プロフィール

絵本作家、イラストレーター。
1962年ワイオミング生まれ、カリフォルニアのバークレー在住。
ユーモラスな絵本がアメリカで大人気になっている。
『いろいろかぞく』『ピース・ブック』『おとうさん』『おかあさん』『パンツのきまり』など日本語訳も多数出版されている。
解放出版社では『ええやん　そのままで』『ええきもち　ええかんじ』『ちきゅう』に続く４冊め。
