この本では外国人が気になる和食の疑問やレシピ、マナーなどが日英両方の言語で紹介されています。和食は2013年にユネスコの無形文化遺産に登録され、これまで以上に国内外で注目が高まっていますが、留学生に英語で和食のことを伝えたい日本人学生も、日本語で和食のことを学びたい留学生にも役立つのでおすすめです。

This book shows the recipes, manners, and questions of Japanese food "washoku" that foreigners are interested in both Japanese and English. Washoku has been registered as a UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2013 and it is attracting much attention both internationally and locally. I recommend this book for Japanese students who want to introduce washoku to foreign students in English, and also for foreign students who want to learn about washoku in Japanese.
