ひと通りScrumについて理解した上で、ユーザーストーリーをもっとうまくまとめる方法を探していて出会った本。『アジャイルな見積りと計画づくり』で紹介されていたような。

ユーザーストーリーの集め方(インタビュー、アンケート、ワークショップ...)やなぜユーザーストーリーを使うのか(詳細に要求仕様を出すとチェックリストのように、それを満たせばOKという感覚になってしまう、ということを避けるため)、等々、いくつか発見があって良かった。

個人的には不要だったけど、XPの概要紹介にも何十ページか割かれてる。
