分子生物学のバイブル。まずはこの本で学ぶのがよいです。DVD動画付きで参考になりますこの本で難しい場合は、エッセンシャル分子生物学がおすすめです。

言わずと知れた分子生物学のバイブル．

…実際のところ，あまり参照する頻度が高くない上に，期待しているほど説明が詳しくない事が多く，せっかく買ったのに何か物足りなさを感じる本です．

基本事項を説明している本だと割り切って，基本すら分からない時にはこれに当たろうと思っています．

この第5版には2つの種類がありますが，reference editionを買いましょう．もう片方は，本の最後の方がデータとしてのみ提供されており，不便で仕方有りません．
